Traditional Tea Ceremony

We're kicking off with a traditional tea ceremony to celebrate the union between the families. The morning will start with an intimate procession at the bride's family home with our closest family and close friends followed by blessings at the groom's family home. Please join us at the groom's family home for lunch.

The Ceremony

We've chosen to celebrate with our closest family and friends at the Melbourne Town Hall Portico Room & Balcony. The venue will be covered and outdoors, overlooking the centre of the city.
Ceremony Venue
The venue is on the second floor of the Melbourne Town Hall, 90/130 Swanston St.
Time & Arrival
Please be seated by 3:45pm. Reception starts at 6:30pm.
Conclusion
Our ceremony formalities will conclude at 5pm, with some time to enjoy the venue before making your way to the reception.
The Reception

Join us for an evening of great food, company and plenty of dancing as we kick off celebrations. Festivities in the evening will include games, speeches and performances.

Metropolis Events is located at Southgate, directly opposite Flinders Street Station along the Yarra River — right in the heart of Melbourne.

Canapes start at 6:30pm. Reception commences at 7pm.
